• Greet the Client kerbside or on the Nice Airport Express platform
• Assist with baggage at check-in
• Assist with VAT Reclaim if required
• Escort the Client through security
• Help eligible Clients make the most of their time in the departure lounge whether it be dining, shopping or relaxing in one of the independent/airline lounges
• Guide the Client to their departures gate in time for their flight

For arriving passengers

A friendly LuxCierge® Airport Meet & Assist agent will…
• Welcome the Client to Nice Airport at the point of disembarkation of the aircraft
• Guide the Client through Border Control (Immigration and Customs)
• Assist the Client with luggage collection at the baggage reclaim carousel
• Escort the Client through the arrivals hall to their onward mode of
transportation

For connecting passengers

A friendly LuxCierge® Airport Meet & Assist agent will…
• Welcome the Client at the point of disembarkation of the aircraft
• Guide the Client through to their connecting flight terminal if applicable
• Escort the Client through security
• Help eligible Clients make the most of their time in the departure Lounge
whether it be dining, shopping or relaxing in one of the independent/airline
lounges
• Guide the Client to their departures gate in time for the connecting flight
